 Bob Jolliff and his wife Virginia went to Oradea, Romania for the first time in 1998 at the request of the Tenth St. Church of Christ in Opelika, Alabama. They made contacts by teaching at the university and by following up on WBS students. There is now a church that that has a diversified ethnic mix: Romanian, Hungarian and Gypsy.
Bob and Virginia continue to go back to Romania 6 months out of the year and stay busy with teaching and helping at an orphan hospital. Virginia has held lectures on family relations and has had many from other churches attend.
WEI is the most effective methods of reaching new people. Recently, work in the Gypsy villages has been started and also in one Romanian village.
